Meet the Team

Although three generations of our family work in the Circling Hawk operation we very much depend on our year-round and summer team members to get things done.

Lior

Lior is our head apiarist. He manages our bees in an ethical way. He cares for the bees with great empathy and consideration.

John

John is our chief mazer (mead maker). He makes the awesome mead along with Julia. John also gives tours of the mead winery, helps with the our bees, books the weekend live entertainment, does farm promotions and plays some awsome guitar for visitors sometimes.

Jules

Julia works with the bees, the mead, and the honey. She also makes our awesome beeswax candles and lip balms. Jules also handles gift jar operations and is an awsome bartender.

Alan & Diana

Alan & Diana sell the honey, pollen, candles, and sometimes cheesecakes. They are our retail specialists.

Kallie

Kallie with Freya the Roti. Kallie is our expert bartender. She also is our horse whisperer.

Mya

Mya manages our wedding favor/gift jar business and helps with social media.

Freya and Blue

Freya and Blue handle farm security.

Michele & Gregg

As owners of the farm, we do a bit of everything, day and night. We now know the true meaning "a farmer's work is never done."
